Typically, restaurants in La Palma are not that good, but La Mata has been a big surprise. Very good food and kind service. Cheese is very very recommended.

Nice place, very well decorated. The food was tasty, even though a bit greasy. I had fried eggplants with honey, some cruoquetas and a solomillo de cerdo, all very tasty.

We have been here for a dinner. The jamon was spectacular, while the cooked food was average. My wife had Albacora a la Plancha, and arrived cold. I had Solomillo Tres Chimeneas, which was good, but ntovább...
