I was able to experience a nostalgic old-fashioned Chinese soba that I hadn't had in a long time. The noodles were thin, but very delicious. A week later, my friends took me back to the same place and this time, I ordered the spicy miso ramen. The miso was not only flavorful, but also had a gentle taste that was quite unique to this place. Its deliciousness is undeniable, and it is sure to capture both the stomach and heart of anyone who tries it. Besides being delicious, there is nothing else to say.

This restaurant serves traditional Chinese noodles and spicy miso ramen. You can also choose a bonito-based fish broth, and you can add up to 4 extra noodle toppings. However, the serving bowls are small, so they may not be able to accommodate large orders at once. The walls are filled with autographs from TV stations and celebrities, with the band "Ulfuls" seeming to be the most frequent visitors.

The name of the restaurant is Mochiya, with ramen as the main dish and also offering pizza. At night, it is a banquet hall where you can have your palm read. However, the ramen has a delicious and solid flavor. Surprisingly, I love the oil noodles. If you add garlic, it's even better. Despite that, I enjoy dining here. I often struggle between regular ramen and pork-based ramen. I eat the oil noodles every time and quite enjoy them. They are not too unhealthy and still enjoyable. The cold ramen is not bad either.

いつも土日は激混みなので、平日を狙って訪問 中華そばを食べました。 麺は熊文ほど細くない細縮れ麺、ぷりぷり麺！私好み。 スープは鶏ガラスープ。 丁度いいあんばいのラーメン かなり期待大でしたので、想像してたより普通でしたので星4つにしました。 普通に美味いですよぉ〜！

もちはもちや。ここではラーメンはもちや 川西町を、いや東置賜郡を、いやいや。 米沢周辺の地域を代表してもいいラーメンだと思うのが、このもちやのラーメンだ。5月のこの時期にすでに始まっている山形名物の冷やしラーメン。冷たいラーメンスープに、細縮れ麺が絡み合うスッキリとした味。水の美味しい地域、特に軟水の味がしみわたっているスープだからこそ、スッキリしながらも旨味のある出汁に仕上がっている。 普通の醤油ラーメンもこの流れで、もちろん美味しい。味が薄いという人もあるけれど、化調なれした舌にはそうなのだろう。味噌ラーメンも、味噌が入りすぎずに出汁の旨味とのバランスのとれた味。 狭い店内なのでお客様が押し寄せても困るが、中途半端な店に連れていかれて、この地域のラーメンのレベルをとやかく言われても困る。このラーメンのクォリティこそ、水のいいこの土地でしか作れない究極の一杯だと思うんです。
