I tried the clear broth soba. The delicious noodles paired with a rich soup made with dried fish broth, and the chashu pork I've never tasted before was super delicious. The umami flavor is so strong that even after the meal, I keep reminiscing about how tasty it was and feel happy. I will definitely go back again. Also, I recommend the miso-marinated egg.

The refreshing texture of the house-made noodles and the strong soup of the tsukemen perfectly balance each other. The aroma of yuzu or citrus also whets the appetite.

I had the large portion tsukemen with extra chashu. The soup base was quite rich, but for someone who loves rich flavors like me, it was the best. The noodles were the thickest I have ever had, almost to the point of being called "thick noodles". Normally, thick noodles don't hold the soup well, but the thick and rich dipping sauce coated the noodles perfectly. I always order large portions of tsukemen wherever I go, but the large portion here was quite substantial. Especially for women, it's better to be careful with the portion size. ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́ ੭ꠥ⁾⁾
