I was quite drunk when I arrived at the restaurant, but I was warmly welcomed and found it to be a town that is kind to drunks. I had pizza and banana juice to sober up, and it was reasonably priced. It was disappointing to hear that the sweet pizza was not available during the summer. The selection of manga available was fantastic, and my husband didn't want to leave. The night was very dark due to few lights across the river, but I found solace in the gentle sway of the water.

It seemed like the only cafe open after 6pm! However, we were glad that it was. The cafe was a decent size, able to seat about 15 people in the main room. The smell of cigarettes was a bit off-putting, but it may not bother smokers. They had a nice collection of manga and other reading materials. We even found a Kitaro book with both English and Japanese text, which was really cool. We tried the orange dessert pizza, which was tasty, although I personally prefer eating oranges chilled rather than heated. The woman serving us was very kind. We will definitely return.
