This restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food. The steak tartare tasted like a giant piece of spiceless meat, tough and barely cooked through. It seems like the chef in the kitchen is inexperienced or the seasoning was frozen and lacked flavor. Overall, the homemade steak tartare was a disappointment and not worth the price. Despite the pleasant atmosphere and friendly service, I would not recommend dining here.
Just finished dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. We waited at our table for a while before our coats were finally taken. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary considering the high prices. I expected more creativity in the menu. The biggest issue was the long wait between courses. It seemed like they were fishing for the seafood just before serving it to us. Despite the wait, the food was tasty. However, the service left much to be desired. Every time the door opened, a cold draft swept through the dining room, making us wish for some kind of barrier. Overall, the food was good but the prices were too high for the quality.
After visiting this restaurant and taking a look at the prices and the interior, I had the impression that they were aiming for a high school cafeteria vibe. Currently, I don't think the prices are justified, but with some minor adjustments, this place could definitely shine. Out of the five meat dishes listed on the menu, the first one I ordered was unexpectedly unavailable. We had to wait 50 minutes for our main dishes, even though the restaurant was not very crowded and three people at our table had ordered at the same time. The wait times definitely need improvement. Additionally, I noticed that the beers, including Duvel and Leffe, were served in wine glasses. This is an easy fix. However, the quality of the food itself was more than satisfactory. If they can work on reducing wait times and serving beer in the correct glasses, I would become a regular customer.
To see the prices and the inside, I assume they're trying to settle like a high school restaurant. For now, they're not worth the price, but with a few small changes, this is definitely gonna work. Of the five meat marks on the map, the first thing I ordered wasn't available without warning, 50 minutes waiting for the main dish while there were only few people and three of our table guests were ordered for the same time, and then there was 50 minutes for dessert. So these times must definitely go down. Dull and slutty and I think all the other beers were poured into a glass of wine. Is this the biggest one? This is easy to fix. with the quality of food, by the way, there's nothing wrong, more than good. Waiting for hours and the right glasses, two simple things, and you'd see me there more often than regularly.
