There wasn’t even a small gesture like a complimentary snack or anything to acknowledge the delay. If the staff are overwhelmed, they should communicate better instead of leaving customers in the dark.
The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is very nice and friendly. As a vegan, I truly appreciate their courteous and helpful service. I just placed my order five minutes ago, and I can't help but drool at the thought of the meal!
