I enjoy fast food restaurants while traveling, and I must say that A&W offers good food. However, I believe this particular A&W location should be more careful with how greasy the bacon is when serving it. My husband's bun was drenched in grease, which was not desirable.

I stop here once a week for a burger after work. Every single time they do not add the bacon I payed extra for. Obviously I 'm going to start checking before I leave the drive thru from now on. I 'm starting to think it 's a scam they do now, trying to save extra money. How is it possible that they forget every single time?

Just had food here and customer service is horrible. Ordered chicken buddy burger for my daughter and they gave us beef burger. I came back for replacement and they are not even sorry for anything.A W and it’s front staff need to show some respect to its customer’s.
