We visited this restaurant based on recommendations from some people we met at Black Pit, specifically for their Welsh cakes. We ordered Welsh cakes, Chelsea buns, and a coffee. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. The interior decoration and atmosphere were lovely, and there were also some charming outdoor seating options! The prices were reasonable, and the food was absolutely delicious!

We absolutely love this café! It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of character. The soups are lovely, the roasted sandwiches are delightful, and they have an extensive selection of delicious cream cakes. Plus, it’s dog-friendly! We give it a 9/5!

We had delivered a afternoon to my mother's birthday. the service was prompt and eating as well as they could hope. sometimes I find a little pretentious with the sandwiches too beautiful. for me the sandwiches were perfect; simple and tasty. a large selection of cakes with fresher cream (not shown). without being negatiw, it was almost too generous, we had to eat the cakes over two days. with kovid they say to buy local, with this in understood I can not think somewhere better recommended for afternoon tee.

Such a nice caffe. with parents in law and two children under 3 years. delicious flat white, bark toastia and passion fruit and blueberry cake. personal very friendly and courteous with small.
