Bushmill Tavern - Abingdon

I brought my book club here. There were 10 of us for Sunday lunch. All of us loved the food. I had duck fries with garlic aeoli dip. WOW! I also had amazing cream of crab. Jordan was an amazing server who accommodated our needs and was very friendly and personable. We will be back!

I ordered Bushmill Tavern on Grubhub. I was dying to try their food. I was beyond impressed. I had the cheesecake. Best I've had in a LONG TIME. The duckfat fries were incredible and my son said the burger was the best he's ever had. Next order of business: to go in person!!!

The food was amazing and the staff was extremely nice. Mckenna was our waitress and was still nice even with all our Eagles gear on in Raven country.

Crab balls appeared to be made with claw meat. True to the famous Maryland style seasonings. Bisque was way over powered with butter as seen floating on the top and sides. Originally came out barely luke warm and sent back for reheating. Duck fries were good. I don't think they tasted any different than regular seasoned fries in which the price would suggest. I absolutely loved the shredded chicken atop the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. It was different than the chopped chicken expressed on the menu and there was a lot of it! Having the choice of chipotle ranch and sour cream and guacamole was a nice addition. Being a tavern the music was overly loud for the middle of the day which made it difficult to enjoy a conversation with my friend. Overall it was just an ok experience. Nothing stood out to make me want to stop again the next time I'm in the area.

Always enjoy this place. Great food and service. Had a small party with 25 people and it was perfect. I brought the decor, they did all the work. Very easy to work with . Everything ran smoothly, great service,and everyone loved the food. On a regular basis we try their specials that are unique a d delicious. Best burgers we have ever had. Always fresh not frozen.
