Applebee's Grill - Abington Township

The food was incredible, and our server, Shilo, was excellent. Even though the food took some time to arrive, Shilo was very friendly and didn't charge us for the drinks as a gesture of goodwill.

I believe the levels of sodium, calories, and carbohydrates in the food are excessive, and it's important for them to revise the recipes across all their locations.

I haven't visited this Applebee's in quite some time, so I decided to drop by for lunch. I was seated right away, and the waitress was friendly. She seemed to be doing her job well...

I visited on May 14th, 2022, around 2:45 PM and was seated right away. The waitress was very friendly. The drinks and appetizers arrived in a timely manner, giving us plenty of time to enjoy conversations and a few bites before our main courses came. The chef personally delivered the food, which was served piping hot—just the way I like it. The music in the restaurant was fantastic as well. When I needed to use the restroom, I was pleasantly surprised to find it EXTREMELY clean, which really impressed me. Overall, there was very little wait time, the food was served hot, the customer service was excellent, and there was convenient parking available right in front.

We dined here with my family after having a particularly unpleasant experience at home in Philly. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles, which set a positive tone for our visit. Our waitress, Sierra, was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. We left feeling very satisfied and will definitely return. Good customer service is important to us, especially since we don't dine out often. Thank you for an excellent experience!
