Dino Stop Shell - Abrams

This restaurant is the perfect place to refuel and grab a quick bite. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean with tidy restrooms, and the staff was friendly and respectful towards customers. I am happy that we decided to stop here.

The restaurant is tidy and the staff is excellent. They only accept credit/debit cards for the car wash, but it is still a better option than the Kwik Trip at Stiles Junction.

I stop at this gas station once a week. Half of the time, the paper towel dispenser is empty and the hand sanitizer dispenser is usually empty. I had to ask a cashier if they would ever have any window squeegees to clean my windshield with. Finally, they got some, but they do not extend far enough, making it useless for larger vehicles. I only go to this station because I have to for work; otherwise, I would never choose to go there. Customer service is becoming nonexistent.

Just stopped here to fill my vehicle up, had to use restroom Extremely bad! Ran in to use restroom before filling up, they were cleaning restroom and lady very rudely NOT ALLOWED closed for cleaning for 15 minutes. I quickly ran across to bp gas station, I was very unlucky as they were cleaning restroom as well however the lady polietly stopped what she was doing so I could use the restroom. She went back in to finish after I was done. I then prepaid at BP for my fuel and bought everything else I stopped for. I do not put up with irrogant people and will not be returning to that shell station!

This place tried to charge me 11% tax! Would not fix the pricing and when asked about what the tax rate was told me she didn't know. Make sure you don't just pay what they ask/charge because they are definitely overcharging and stealing from people!!
