Prairie Kitchen - Ada

Never go. It was small. The locals were welcomed and quickly sat. We couldn't sit, were ignored and when we sat, the food was just 'ok'. It would have been nice if someone had pointed to the shield above on a partition that was not at the entrance. Really? A waitress ignored us when we asked for help. No more idiots.

I visited my son and his family. Enjoy all the experience, service, food and atmosphere. This will be one of my regular stations in ADA when I visit family.

I had breakfast this morning, and the cars parked around the restaurant reassured me that the meal would be good. Our server was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The breakfast itself was enjoyable, and I was particularly impressed with the syrup that was warmed with the pancakes. Next time, I plan to try the bacon instead of the sausages. I'm glad I tried this restaurant and look forward to returning to Ardmore!

The Chopped Fiesta Steak was great and paired well with the bean and bacon soup. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, and the overall setting was nice. I would rate the experience a 3.5 out of 5, primarily because of the dry rice and the cleanliness issues. I typically like my chopped steaks cooked medium-rare to medium, but I forgot to specify my preference. Nonetheless, it was served hot and tasted good. For dessert, I had the cobbler, which was surprisingly decent, though the apples could have been better. Overall, the food was hot and flavorful, which is appreciated for someone like me who often stops at restaurants while on the road. It definitely hit the spot!

We had an amazing dinner and breakfast. Linda, the manager, always makes us feel welcome. She truly is a wonderful hostess, and her presence is a big reason why we keep coming back. Whenever she’s around, the service is excellent, and we absolutely love the homestyle cooking.
