Vitales Pizza Of Ada Inc - Ada Township

My husband and I love coming to Vitale's! Not only is their food great, but so is the waitress Amanda! We absolutely adore her! ??️(Amanda will understand the sunglasses) ?

Horrible service, waitress Aimee, was rude and inattentive. 38.00 for burgers and fries. We waited 20 min for a refill, almost 30 mi for our cold burgers and old hard Brioche Buns. There was hardly anyone in there, Saturday afternoon. Very disappointing, our lunch totally sucked along with our waitress.

My wife Peggy and I ride our bikes to Vitales 2-3 times a month. Mostly to the one in Ada, but sometimes to the one in Comstock Park. When we go to Ada we sit in the same spot in the outdoor deck. It's where our favorite waitress, Amanda, waits on us. She is wonderful! Very pleasant and friendly, efficient, and keeps checking on us to see if we need anything. We love having her as our waitress. We give her a 10 out of 10 !! My wife likes the pizza or a pasta dish, I like the ribeye. We'll keep coming back for the food and excellent service!!

Pizza ready 17 minutes after stated ready time. Aka they didn 't start making it until I arrived for pickup. No offer made to make it right . Get home and find out that request for light sauce equals no sauce.

We live near by and get takeout (hence the atmosphere rating). The pizza is great and the family meal deal is good too Vegetarian options: Normal pizza and pasta options that don't include meat
