Baskin-robbins - Addison

CHOCOLATE SHAKES BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD This is the seconed time i had a chocolate shake and it was just as bad as the first one, It was like chocolate milk at best. i will never go to that baskin robins/dunkin donuts. thay need lesons from the other one on lake st. in addison.

I let them know i was going to order icecream and that i would be waiting over there in that area but left me waiting for atleast 10minutes . Even after the 1 tending the drive thru told her to go take my order since she was trying to help her fill her orders. Then she STILL didn't come . she took the customers who walked in after being told what to do. While having 3 impatient kids with me there was no way she didn't see us waiting there

This basin Robbins is alawys out of ice cream who doesn't have vanilla worst baskin Robbins in the area

I would rate this restaurant zero stars if possible. I just came back from Baskin Robbins in Addison empty-handed. Yes, it was late and shortly before closing time, but during the time of COVID, I would expect their employees to take it seriously. Instead, the gentleman serving ice cream only had his face mask covering his chin. This lack of respect for others' health and safety is unacceptable. Who knows what other food and sanitation regulations they may not be following. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

The restaurant never puts anything on their menu and is too lazy to prepare anything close to closing time. I asked for ice around 10 o'clock, even though they didn't close until 11, but they refused to serve me because they didn't want to dirty any spoons.
