Taco Bell - Addison

This restaurant is the worst place I have ever waited at. No matter how long you wait, the staff seems to be in their own world and are incredibly rude. The employees don't even bother to make eye contact. Taco Bell franchise should definitely inspect such places before they tarnish their reputation.

The cashier at this restaurant does not listen to customers when they ask for specific toppings on their soft taco. Instead of accommodating their request, he insists on only putting bark on it. It felt like he was being confrontational. Despite it just being a taco place, he seemed unfazed by the customer's frustration. Why make a fuss over a few toppings on a taco? I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I have to admit, it's Taco Bell. This location has never gotten our order wrong, so it's already above the usual Taco Bell experience.

A bad quality of the food customer service from a so-called manager to its cash are very bad. I have never experienced such terrible customer service! when a customer comes to get a replacement when their first experience was unsatisfactory and then they give the customer a hard time to try to redeem replacement order from the instruction that were given and only given by a Taco bell employee and was offered first place instead of getting my refund. so-called managers and cashiers do not want to give me their first name, so I can show a formal complaint that they show very bad behavior if it is for customer service and work for a franchise with will hurt their company strong if not removed and I am sure that other customers would have the same due to other reviews say there is only one real reason why a company or a franchise would have no 5

Went drive through this time was in and out in minutes. Friendly and courteous the entire visit. This Monday about 3 pm.
