Time Out Pub - Adelboden

I recommend this gastropub. The atmosphere is warm, the food is excellent, and the owner is super friendly. My fiancée and I spent two consecutive nights in Time Out eating and chatting with the owner, Nick. He has an interesting personal and academic background and makes him a lively interlocutor. If you visit, I recommend you to trust the cook! In the first night we visited the restaurant I demanded that a menu item be changed before I ordered. Nick immediately came from behind the bar and politely advised me to trust that the recipe was intentional and did not require my changes. He was right!

They had a nice beer tasting after the ski. The bar is lively and entertaining. Stay open very late!

We were a very tired group of 21 Guides, senior Section & Leaders. A leader recommended this restaurant from a previous visit. We were given a warm welcome, the girls ordered pizza, which was of generous portions and everything was eaten. Although the menu was limited the food was excellant and of generous portions. The staff were warm and friendly. Toilets were clean. The restaurant was central in Adelboden.I would recommend it to everyone and would visit again.
