And if you are not in the mood for something fried, they also offer fresh from the grill. Overall, if you like fried seafood, this restaurant is a good choice to check if you are in the area. Good fresh fish with daily specials. My wife had fried fish (mahi mahi) tacos and I had the fish and chips (cod). Both were very good. I might try one of the fish burgers next time or maybe the poke. I only wish they had large dinner salads with protein in them as well.
This place is always awesome. They are welcoming and always excited to see my family. The fried fish is some of the most crispy, flakey and delicious I've ever had. The French fries rock too.
I absolutely love the fish grill at this restaurant. My wife and I really enjoyed our meals, and the service was excellent. They offer a selection of wine and craft beer, and the prices are reasonable compared to other local seafood spots. The portions are quite generous as well. I usually find it frustrating to wait at places like Lures, but here it was worth it. There's no need to dress up—it's a casual atmosphere, which is just my style.
We stopped by this restaurant before heading to The Canyon last night. I ordered the Cajun grilled salmon with broccoli slaw, and it was delicious! The only thing I would have preferred is a choice of rice pilaf instead of just plain white rice. My girlfriend had the cod fish and chips; the fries were perfect, but the fish was a bit thin, and the batter was just okay. Overall, we had a good experience and found it to be a great value, but it still fell short of a 5-star rating.
