Called today to reserve a room in this Hotel. Mr. Sameer was so pathetic to take reservation on call. Just in a courtesy I asked him will I able to get a discount for booking directly. His answer is, I cant i have rule and cant give you anything. I asked why are you being rude. You can just say that this is the best price I can offer. Asked If I can speak to your front office manager, before completing my sentence he says I don't have his number. Very rude. In straight words he said to me go to another Hotel. Handling customer calls very pathetic. I think Mr. Sameer needs lots of training or he doesn't belong to the Hotel Industry. This hotel will lose business because of this person. Not so good, located at remote place from city, nothing excited near to hotel, rooms are simple, stains on bedsheets, washrooms not clean properly, torned blankets Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 3

Positive points- 1. Its near to highway 2. Chekin and checkout process is smooth. 3. They provide extra things such as beding or towels only during checking time hastlefree. 4. The room is clean. Negative points- 1. No hot water supply in washroo. 2. Insufficient toiletries. 3. Electricity is a mojour concern 4.
