Starbucks - Aiea

The checkout here was great and friendly. Very accurate when I order and pleasant. I could see that the Baristas were very busy with mobile orders and orders from the counter. Unfortunately, this time they could not correct my order. They missed the lemonade and I didn't feel like interrupting their river. All employees are nice and have a great sense of urgency. I feel they could take a little more time to check the drinks and it only takes a few seconds. Unfortunately, this costs them a 5-star rating. I myself am in customer service and have noticed when I take a few more seconds to ensure that everything is correct, things just fall into place. I wish them the best in future reviews, although I probably do not return to this location.

Because of BOGO today, they were really slammed. Slightly confusing line, both for ordering and mobile pickup, due to the pandemic. This is one of the Starbucks that I go to. The baristas never lose their cool and are consistently nice smiling.

One of my FAVORITE Starbucks on island. I stop by nearly every morning before work and regardless of how busy, hectic and chaotic the environment, I am ALWAYS greeted welcome and good morning. The baristas are all personable and friendly.

Fantastic location! The staff here are friendly and quick. Even though it's quite busy, they really manage to move the line along efficiently.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! I visited on Veterans Day, and the barista noticed my navy shirt and informed me about the complimentary coffee they were offering. It was very helpful!
