Fuse - Aiken

The food is incredible! The dishes blend their flavors well and the drinks are incredible. The atmosphere is nice and calm with beautiful tones, and the service is immaculate!

Absolutely love Fuse!! Would take a bullet for the Thai Strip and the Ramen is absolutely top tier. Excellent staff and a truly inspired menu. 10 stars!!

I've been fortunate to be able to have more than a few meals here at Fuse. In all honestly, not a single one has been close to being disappointing.Tonight, they had their take on a Philly cheese steak, and it's the best one I've had by far. Melty cheese, homemade mushroom aioli, and top notch steak. A top tier steak sandwich, at the least.

Very nice cozy spot in beautiful downtown Aiken. Both my friend and I had the ramen. It was realky good just needed a lil more heat for us. Our waiter was very attentive and nice.. helped with explaining the Menu. He was hispanic looking with a ponytail.. kudos to him : the resiling wine was good and the grilled brussel sprouts

My husband and I made reservations online for 6:30PM. The host took us out to the patio and we told him it’s hot and we wanted to sit inside. The sun was in our eyes too. He told us we had to request to sit inside when we made reservations. I never had to request inside with reservations. He refused to seat us inside. We ordered wine , salad and dinner.The salads were good but the dinner came out right on top of them. The sun was getting more intense and I couldn’t eat my meal.A table of 6 men requested to go inside and they took them right in to eat. I told the host we were upset and couldn’t take it out there any longer . The owner came out and apologized and asked what he could do. I said take the wine off the bill. The evening was ruined!! The waitress was friendly and did okay. The host host refusal to seat us inside ruined our dinner. The food is good but we couldn’t enjoy it with sun in our eyes!!
