Red Lobster - Aiken

The wait staff are very courteous and attentive. The food was excellent--the lobster and crab were cooked just right.

This place in its entirety has worn out its welcome. The namesake lobster is the worst ever. Insiders advice order the steak.Parking: Door dings and double spot takers.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

It was ok. My mom and I frequent this location a lot.

I was the delivery driver for an order. I called the number listed as per directed in the app to which I got told that was wrong and to come in. No big deal. But when I told them they may want to reach out to the delivery service to correct it the man at the counter snapped at me about it not being his problem. He then continued his conversation with another employee at the desk at the entrance. When I asked him where to pick up the food he pointed at the bar. I go over to the bar area and wait… food is sitting behind the counter but there is no one there. Meanwhile the two at the front just continue their conversation while I’m obviously trying to get someone to help me grab my order to take to the customer. Finally someone comes around and I tried to explain that I was waiting to get the order and then I got cut off only to be told she only needed a name. All around rude from everyone I encountered. I understand that I was not purchasing food but I was delivering to someone who did. And though I wasn’t a customer today I have been in the past and I won’t be again.

Waitress was excellent, great service and very personable. Service was fast.
