Our boxing day meal was ruined Two days before our booking, we made a reservation for people to have raclette on boxing day. We were told this would be OK, and told not to eat beforehand After waiting an hour for it to be served, the waiter brought us plates, each with half a burnt, cold, tough, dry and very old baked potato covered in a tiny amount of cold and greasy melted cheese. The oil had separated, running across our plates, and we were told that if we wanted more, we had to ask. This is not how raclette should be served When we asked why the raclette was not being served propely, the waiter told us that it was to prevent the smell disturbing other guests' We were not told that they would not be serving us traditional raclette in advance, and the food presented was inedible. We were left no option but to pay for our wine and leave, trusting somewhere else on the mountain would be open and serving hot food at In addition, one of the people at our table ordered a Picanha steak, which was served to us as two tough finger sized slivers of meat. A far cry from the actual cut of Picanha and did not look like it had come from the rump This restaurant is here to deceive and take people's money without remorse. They show pure arrogance and contempt for their customers.
Consistently good. visit in trips over years. Chef produces great cuisine de terroir/ local flavours. Staff team add hospitality and home comforts
Nice service and great food
Tourist trap. Expensive. Nothing of quality. They serve burned salmon when you ordered trout.
