Írjon visszajelzéstI went with my wife, two children and disabled mother from toulon to ajaccio. the ferry and a cabin booked. as a woman who had been hired on board the reception, said there were no cabins available. I said I booked and paid today, 144...euros she said no, they book the ferry for today and the cabin for 10 days later, there is no cabin available. I checked my email and told her she was wrong. she said again, no cabins available. I told her she had to find a place to sleep for at least my paralyzed mother in the wheelchair. then she told a colleague, a male prescription worker with a bart to check something. 2 minutes later he was back, spoke in Italian, and she said, "You give me 80 euro, for me, and I arrange a hut for you." I told her, give me my 144 euro back and I would like to pay them 80 euro for a cabin. that was not possible. then she looked somewhere in her papers, cried out for a bit and said to me, went with him. 2 minutes later we were in an empty cabin. only then did we understand that the cabin was already present, but they and their male colleague tried to shake us for another 80 euro cash to put their own pockets there. all the time stood before them with my wife, children a mother in the wheelchair. no additional service for children or disabled, no, let them shake off! what is italian in top form? maffia? or just two rotten apples? I have digitally complained to Corsica ferries, but since then I have not heard of them.
The mega andrea dragged from toulon to ajaccio. had booked a hut. the worst part was preloaded. at the docks for 2 hours and the toilet facilities were in a building at the other end of a live parking lot. there were no other institutions I could see. the messaging and pre-boarding checks meant that I knew my cabin number. the load went well. finding the hut looked a bit messy, but came there and a key for the first time. meal was in order, but if they want to eat, they come quickly because eating was not terminated long after leaving the docks. the breakfast was opened from 7.30 and that was a bit busy. I had a complete breakfast with juice fruits and yogurt. a little expensive, but fill. the cabin itself was clean and comfortable. the shower worked well. landed a little after 9.30, planned after notified delayed departure.
Safe at my restaurants traveling ships are quiet inside and stable garage zones are small (some damaged color on my car! and filled with degassing paid to the top position (ertes with the car, had to wait for others...to leave first can not get anything outside the car after ship takes off outside day cabins in bad and worn down condition, high obsolete, sees not enough seats on the outside deck most employees can hardly speak English, most employees do not look happy on all hard to find their car back, they would say that if their car is parked on deck 5 (it says on the sticker they get that they have to go back to deck 5 to get them car, but they do not. deck 3b or something. Overall, during the trips I was really boring and finally very happy to get these terrible ships
Loved everything except getting luggage on and off. Only escalators struggled with bags. I also think it would be helpful if there was someone to maybe help with luggage. Everything else was exceptional.
Not going to nit pick over small things, but I do want to point out a major issue (also supported by other reviews) 'The Food ' ! The prices are ridiculously expensive for what you get was awful! I could not eat my breakfast it...actually made me feel sick. I not a fussy eater and the fact my husband also left his (he eats anything) really does mean it is that bad! Lunch from the hot plates was also cold, this was due to only one till open and massive queues to pay to the point the chef stopped plating up as he could see people were waiting too long in the queue. Lots of kitchen staff hanging about but 1 till bad management!
