Great Place to Be. Eggsmart is a small breakfast/lunch place in Ajax that I visit nearly every Sunday. On top of the fact that they're dishes are on average 10$, the best part is that they always remember me when I walk in. If I'm alone they tend to ask where my sisters are. To me, it's excellent customer service when they build a relationship with the people who keep them in business. The atmosphere is that of a small diner, there's always a newspaper available upon request (or just get it yourself), the televisions are always on with the news and the washrooms are tremendously clean (and kind of smell good). Is it possible for them to serve a sub-par dish every now and again? Yes, but they're human in their kitchen just like how my mom burns a meal once a week. I've been to Eggsmart countless times with friends, family, my girlfriend and solo, and I'm able to count on one hand the number of times something has gone wrong. To me, that's an incredible ratio and I'm definitely a comeback customer.
