Checked online and the nearby Oshawa location said it closed at 9pm. However, this Ajax location clearly shows it is open until 10pm seven days a week.We drove all the way here to find out it was closed, wasted of time and gas because their hours were not reflected accurately.The first step a business should be able to provide is accurate hours of operation.
Went there a few Sundays ago and there was one lady working all alone. As soon as we entered a bunch of others came behind us so there may have been atleast 20 people...she served everyone so patiently. Didn't rush anyone and the fact that she was able to do it by herself...give that girl a raise!
Total rip-off.4 tiny cups of ice cream for $34.31?Pretty ordinary too, chocolate has 0% cocoa.Never again!
We were there in the store saw ad on the screen that get 15% on your first order, download the app. So I downloaded the app, setup the account but the guy at the store had no idea about 15% discount. I told him its on the screen but he didn't listen.
