Ordered a burger it was raw inside sent it back they cut it in quarters and sent it back the most disgusting Burger I've ever eaten in my whole entire life. If I could give them a zero star that's what it would be.

Came here on the weekend with my husband and toddler. Unfortunately, 2 groups of about 40 (I think hockey teams) decided to show up unannounced so the restaurant was packed and chaotic. Service was still fantastic despite this! I forget our servers name but she was quick, efficient and friendly.We ordered the pancake stack with cinnamon roll pancakes. The pancakes were fantastic. The only letdown were the eggs. We ordered scrambled and got some egg scraps?! They looked like plastic and tasted as such. They were so over cooked. Definitely NOT scrambled eggs. We told the server about this and she confirmed the scrambled eggs are just omelette scraps. lol. Really?! This is what you serve your customers? Scrambled eggs are really hard to screw up (IMO) and you messed them up really badly.

Staff and management allow customers in line waiting for a table to hold exterior door open dropping restaurant temperature down to 12 degrees. If you plan to go during busy times, take mittens and blankets.
