This is the worst Tim Horton in Durham Region. Customer service is disgusting and disgraceful. Will not support such establishment. It’s dirty smelling workers are rude and disrespectful. There is no integrity. Workers at sloppy dressed. Tim HORTONS not fit for human consumption!!!! Oh your order is all over the place and it’s all family there is no outsiders. . SHAMEFUL I THOUGHT CANADA WAS Multicultural, that has truly changed!! Boycott TIM HORTONS ITS NOT FOR CANADIANS ANY MORE!!

Workers suck here. Don’t care about the dine in customers. Only care about drive thru customers. Why don’t you just hire another employee for front cash? I always come here and there is no one available for dine in customers and they are always in bad mood. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered Cold brew Vanilla and they gave me some Iced coffee. When I went inside “NIKITA” said that this is the coffee she said that Vanilla cold brew is mixed. I said i bought it at other locations and they didn’t mix it. She insisted that this will be mixed. And claimed that other locations are doing it wrong. She didn’t replace my coffee or any attempt for customer satisfaction but she gave only one option of refund which I took and left. @timhortons What is this confusion among your baristas? How does a real vanilla cold brew look like.. I don’t know anymore.
