Panera Bread - Akron

The service and food are good, with no issues regarding the staff. However, I find the prices for the food to be quite high, though I'm not sure how much control the franchise has over pricing. The establishment is generally tidy, but there are cobwebs in the corners, and it hasn't been renovated since it opened in 1995. The same decor has been up on the walls throughout that time. Unfortunately, the men's restroom is in poor condition—it's dirty and has a strong, unpleasant odor reminiscent of a run-down restroom. I work from home, so I often come here for the free Wi-Fi and drink refills, as there aren't many options in this part of the city. While I don’t think it deserves a one-star rating overall, the restrooms definitely need major renovations.

I ordered the deli turkey sandwich and potato chips and picked up my order. When I opened the sandwich wrap, I was disappointed to find no turkey in the sandwich! Where was the sliced turkey? The lettuce, tomato, peppers, and cheese were all there, but the main ingredient was missing. It seems the Panera staff forgot to add the turkey to my sandwich. What a letdown! I will not be returning to Panera, and I recommend you avoid it as well.

I ordered a deli turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayo, along with potato chips. Guess what? There was no turkey in the sandwich, and the potato chips were also missing. I will never return to Panera.

Terrible experience. 5 minutes on the counter and then 25 to get my food. ordered a super simple sandwich pute speck bravo without tomaten and sub the brot for pfeffer focaccia. I have to go home and that sandwich is missing the truthahn and has only one piece truthahn. it's a sweat that everything I got was cheese and salat. yummy. find out it's not a rocket science to make a sandwich with 4 ingredients, or change the name from him to the salat and cheese bravo

If a 1/2 sandwich is going to be $9, id like some actual chicken salad with it and not a pile of lettuce and tomatoes with a sprinkle of chicken salad…. First and last time spending anything at this location
