Taco Bell - Akron

I went to Taco Bell it was a quarter till one got to the speaker and they informed me that they closed at one I said great I have 15 minutes to order she said no were closed and refused to take my order!!! She should’ve said that they closed at 12:45 then not one!!! Very disgusted because I once worked for this Company had we ever did anything like that we would’ve been fired but it seems to be that this Tacobell gets to make their own hours close when they feel like it. Honestly don’t know how this store is still open after inconsistent hours. Tom batten would be very disappointing!!!!

Tacos were nasty and stale asked for Supreme hard tacos n got meat cheese n lettuce the cashier were rude as always went n teyed to go back around n they can fix it and I was told there was nothing they can do and refused to fix there mess upFood: 1/5

Inside is currently open but the counter is not staffed staffed. Patrons must order at kiosks, causing quiet a backup. I saw a confused customer wait for assistance then eventually give up and walk out. Functionally you should only consider this place a drive thru only, the restaurant is not accessible heading southbound on Canton Rd.My order was accurate but portions were disappointing. Less customer service, less food, less access.

Never know if this location will be open or closed. Odd way to run a business.Photo update. 10/1/22 7:30pm. Almost $4 for the 2 items. Less than a dollar worth of food here. Horrible.
