The food was good and hot. But a small mistake on order.
You always have to move around and wait. Even if nobody stands behind me. Every time. Why don't you just let me wait at the window? And my job is missing almost every time. I think I'm going up to two miles from now on.
3 separate times I 've had issues with this location. Last time I visited I was asked to pull forward and my order would be brought to me. 15 minutes later I had to knock on the door and ask where my food was. They forgot me. Today I went through the drive through and again was asked to pull forward. I did so and was immediately brought the wrong order. I understand that asking a customer to pull forward is sometimes used as a method to serve other customers in line whose orders may already be ready. I get that. I do NOT understand employees deliberately manipulating their timers in the drive through at the expense of customer satisfaction. When I pulled back up to the window I was again asked to pull forward. I told her I 'd wait at the window and she replied but we 're on a timer and shut the window in my face. Unacceptable, Arby 's.
