In my view, this is one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants in the Hoover, Pelham, and Alabaster area. The chips always come out warm and fresh, and the salsa has a genuine flavor that isn't watered down. They also have a house-made hot sauce that pairs perfectly with the enchiladas, tacos, and more. It's a great spot for anyone who enjoys spicy, authentic Mexican cuisine.
