Famous Dave's - Alameda

I recently tried the ribs at this restaurant and was disappointed in the change in quality. They were tougher, the meat was lower quality, and the flavor was not up to par. I wonder if they switched to using spareribs. I may avoid the ribs for a while, but other menu items are still delicious. I always enjoy the brisket sandwich, it never disappoints!

I got the 3 meat combo, sides were like a half a scoop..I wanted extra sauce, DIDNT GET "ANY" SAUCE OR UTENSILS. SMALL PORTIONS I SPENT DAMN NEAR 60 BUCKS.and cornbread is super greasy. i hate wasting money..I USE TO LIKE THIS PLACE, not so much now..

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I expected more for the $300.00 I spent. The meat dish I ordered was mostly fat and the portions were very small.

The restaurant is not worth the price at all. $5.69 for a small portion of Mac and Cheese? $17 for just 5 strips of Catfish Fingers as an appetizer? The BBQ sauce was too sweet. Overall, the entire meal was very disappointing.
