Carl's Jr. - Alamogordo

The service is absurdly slow. we came a few weeks ago and waited almost an hour for the ride. To finish it, they did our order wrong. we tried again today and after 35 minutes we are waiting. don't waste your time and your money here. you will wait forever and they will make your order wrong anyway.

It has forever reliant (I understand that it is the pandemic, but if they have this short hand that they may have to close)Burgers were cold cheese not melted, cold, worst case. my son burned patty and bread. that was an alarm, and that was still burned.

The food is good, but this Carl's Jr. NEVER fails to get my order wrong.

I know the food we get won’t be 100% as pictured but this made me and my kiddo sad when we received it. There was not much icing, what icing was on there was rock hard, and it was not edible at all due to the fact it was freezing cold and rock hard. Hash browns we ordered were okay tho… ??‍??‍

I went there at 9:02pm and got a number 1 and number 16 which they got both wrong for one and I gave my daughter the burger cause we weren't gonna eat it and she would and she kept asking if someone took a bite and we said no we didn't and she gave it to me and there looks like someone took a bite out of it I then called them and told them about it and the manager just laugh and said I can assure you no one took a bite and must of been a mistake you can tell it was not a mistake will not go back
