If you are looking for a grate summer party Mira is clearly the place to go. It is located in the citadel and has a really nice dance floor, bar and lounge area. It is clearly one of my favors that I am in Romania. It's really easy to go there. You can take a taxi and then go 1 mln. The atmosphere is grate, people are happy and they always have a grate DJ. My best recomandations
No communism
Just a bar.
