Kfc - Albany

Not sure of the name of the young lady that waited on me was...but..she was amazing!! I would definitely go again! Food was delicious! Great experience! Wish I had one in my area!

This is the worst KFC in the capital region and probably beyond. I 'm not sure who the general manager of this location is, but they should probably resign. The inside is never open despite the numerous pick up mobile order inside signs scattered allover. They constantly run out of products. Last time I was there, they told me they were only taking mobile orders as I 'msitting there in the drive-thru. No explanation, no apology. If I could rate this a zero, I would. Doubt the lazy GM will readthis, but if you do, consider a new profession.

I'm really frustrated with my visits to this restaurant after work. I've often been told that the cash register is down, they're out of chicken (seriously), or that I need to come inside to place my order—despite the drive-thru speaker clearly working. The drive-thru exits onto a busy street, so merging back into traffic just to return to the parking lot is a hassle. I've been able to successfully place an order less than half the times I've visited. Now, when they apologize, I find myself just driving away. This location either needs some renovations to improve its functionality or a complete overhaul of its staff, as it seems like they’re not willing to do their jobs properly.

The dining room was closed during my visit, and only the drive-thru was open. I'm not sure how frequently this occurs. The drive-thru has some tight turns, with a concrete wall on one side and the building on the other, which may not be ideal for those towing vehicles or not comfortable maneuvering larger vehicles. Additionally, the parking lot is small and mostly one-way. However, the staff were very friendly and efficient in getting our orders out. The food was good, just what you would expect from KFC.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The person taking our order was rude, and after we finally chose something that was actually available, they took our money and served us mac and cheese bowls. However, they didn't mention that they had no utensils for us to eat with. This location is an absolute disaster, and the staff is terrible. I won't be returning. I'd recommend avoiding this place and just grabbing something from a gas station instead; it’s likely to be much better.
