I will start this review by saying that I have been to Japan and I have had ramen in Japan and it was awesome. Since then I've been on a quest to find good ramen near home. The quest has now ended. That is not to say that this is the same as ramen in Japan I think that this is Americanized, which is kind of necessary considering the expectations of the customers and the quality of the meat here compared to in Japan. The service was excellent, the food was quite quick, and the food itself was excellent. I really liked the pork buns. The ramen itself had a little too much meat and not enough vegetables for what I was looking for, but I will do a build my own next time to get closer to what I'm looking for. The broth is absolutely phenomenal and very similar to what I had in Japan. I love the fact that I can change the spiciness on the ramen.
Probably my favorite bowl of ramen of all time is the Tori here. It tastes fresh and amazing' and makes your body happy. This food is particularly good for people experiencing bad stomach issues. Lots of anti inflammatory properties and very soft and nutritious.
Place has reasonably priced ramen for its quality. Only had the basic tonkotsu ramen and butadon, but for the price, it's really good at being consistently tasty. IMO, it's more on the side of chinese noodle soup than authentic Japanese ramen (kinda the same tbh), but putting that aside, my favorite thing about their food is the tonkotsu-shoyu broth and their crisp char-sui slices. It's perfect. Lunch time is generally busy. Great atmosphere, open space. Karaage is so-so, but I didn't really come for their karaage. Pictures are Butadon (char-siu rice bowl), Karaage with side sauce, and two pics of tonkotsu ramen. Parking is plenty.
A cute little place tha serves delicious Japanese soup, rice, and noodle bowls. The Ramen was perfect for a cold day and the staff was super helpful. The Pork Buns were also delicious and large, worth the price. I wish to go back there soon!
