I waited at the window for 14 minutes before anyone got to me. If I didn't have 2 starving kids in the car I would of went in or somewhere else. Terrible rude Service here terrible wait time. They should also add a 3rd window to pick up the rest of the food they always forget to give you at the 2nd window..Food: 2/5

Ordered from the kiosk. Even though I entered the proper digits for the tabletop sign, they still called up my order number and I had to go pick it up. I also had to go back up because they didn't give me a cup for my drink order.

Not gonna lie don’t know how this place isn’t closed down. The food is usually cold not cooked correct they “open” at 6 am but really even 45 minutes after there is nobody in site, seems like there is new managers and employees every other week. Don’t waste your time, just go to the McDonald’s near the hospital for way faster service!

Ordered adult and kid Happy Meals and filet of fish. No Happy Meals. So ordered Quarter pounder with cheese, Filet of fish, lg fry. Got a bag with plain Cheeseburger. Brought to employees attention. Employee argued until receipt presented. Then got a quarter pounder, fries, cold Filet of fish on a stale bun with a partial slice of cheese on the side of the sandwich and not on the sandwich. Disgusting! Don't mind paying more because of inflation and hire wages but you need to hire employees who are smarter than a French fry. Reviews at the restaurant are poor and have been for a long time. Need to close this restaurant.
