Handi-mart Fast Foods - Albemarle

I have loved this place for as long as I can remember. The food was way better than I can cook. The cabbage and collard greens melt in your mouth. The stewed beef was delicious and good size portions. But no more. The prices have gone up and the quality AND quantity of the food has gone way down. I am so disappointed. Good-bye to my once favorite 'homey ' place to eat.

We absolutely adore HandiMart Restaurant! It's the only place where you can enjoy both traditional country cooking and fast food. Every time we dine there, the food is consistently great, and they offer a different special for each day of the week. They also have delicious pies and cakes for dessert! We're looking forward to eating there tonight! Yay!

We really enjoy Meatloaf Mondays, and the kale and cabbage sides are fantastic. The coconut cream pie is also delicious!
