Burger King - Albert Lea

Most of the employees that work here just ignore you when you’re trying to make an order maybe after five minutes or so they’ll come up and actually take an order the lady today who took my order acted like I was a thorn in her sight. I really think that all of the employees that work there need to be retrained on customer service because that place has no customer service whatsoever. we used to come here because they have a playplace for the kids but we will no longer bother coming back. I don’t know if the employees just hate their jobs but you can always quit and find a job you actually like it’s not worth it to work a job you actually hate.

It was just really dirty. Especially the bathroom? But the food was decent and the staff wasn't rude.

Waited over 12 minutes in the drive through yesterday without anyone even attempting to talk to me. There were no cars in front of me and a line behind me. I called the location (after 15 minutes of waiting) and was informed the lobby was full and they were on an important phone call. That phone call (personal) was expected to last 10 more minutes. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and wasted half already trying to get service. I was expected to wait another 10 minutes and get back to work and eat all within 5 minutes. Will not visit this location again. I left without ordering and four cars behind me went immediately through the line as well. Lost at least 5 orders at lunch yesterday. So much for raising minimum wages for folks working in fast food places. It costs me more than an hour of wages to eat a simple meal from a place like this. I am not going to be pushed aside like this when trying to get a meal.

Absolutely awful service. Lady taking the order became aggressive over ordering some sauce to which they didn’t even include. Went inside to get sauce and everyone was just standing around and wouldn’t come over to help. When getting their attention they returned with even more awful attitude. Tried calling the store to complain and got hung up on. At least the food is cheap.

The pandemic was almost 4 years ago and they still won't open up their play placeKid-friendliness: They have a totally functional play place but Albert Lea is about to hit another winter in 2024! With no indoor play place for the kids
