KFC - Alberton

We were initially reluctant to visit this restaurant due to the negative reviews, but we ultimately decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the wait time was short, and the food was served hot and fresh. We ordered the thunder crunch menu and a 2 piece meal.

My father and I ordered chicken and fries for five people at this restaurant. I stayed in the car, but the service was incredibly quick. The food was decent for KFC. There were too many fries, as we received four large orders for five people.

The restaurant has made changes to the way they cut the chicken and the dough, resulting in chicken pieces that are sometimes difficult to identify and a thicker, coarser dough. However, the offers and popcorn chicken still remain delicious, as do the sandwiches.

I was not at KFC in over 2 years and I decided to have lunch for my family .. Service was great, but I'm not sure what happened with the size of chicken and spices on the chicken ...small pieces and there were no KFC spices on the chicken at all! It was literally deep fried chicken with a kind of light flour coating on it!!! Very disappointed. KFC, you should be better in quality control!

I ordered a big crunch which was good but no lettuce available for sandwich, I also ordered a 10 piece bucket of chicken it was tasteless and funny shaped pieces no breast meat, wings legs...and only received 9 pieces in the bucket not 10..very disappointing
