Osteria La Noce - ALBINEA

Came here with my husband to celebrate our 10th anniversary. And I regret every minute of it. What a why to start a new decade. We are not Italians and we mange our why though Italy just fine. No one here speaks English or even try to understand what we’re saying. The took out the cook to talk to out said here English, talk. only for him to nod at us the whole time saying yes to everything, then mixing up our order 3 times! We really tried to be polite and patient, it New Year’s Eve… it’s our anniversary… but enough is enough! Between every mistake we waited for 45+ minutes Only to be completely ignored and to be avoided from eye contact, because god forbid we spoke to them. We even tried google translate, showed 3 people and still wrong dish. Sorry next time I’ll try drawing my dish. When I’ll never go back to that place even if it the last restaurant on earth. Conclusion, if you are not fluent in Italian drive a few more kilometers/miles do yourself a favor. Buon anno!

Great evening with business friends. The steak was excellent and the service too! Amazing quality. A bit expensive but fully enjoyed the meal and the wine. Recommended!

Volevo ricordare, che mi avevano bottiglia di Brunello del a euro,in un locale dove cene con tavoli e sedie di plastica ma per piacere.

Calda e simpatica accoglienza, piatti di qualità.....buon compromesso tra Emilia e Toscana... Un piccolissimo appunto : La quantità nei piatti l'avrei gradita un poco più abbondante....ma è solo questione di abitudini, tutto ok.
