I waited a long time at the order microphone for my BBQ bacon burger, only to receive it without the bacon. What a disappointment! Update: I waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me. I ordered a chicken strip basket, and the fries were soggy, plus they forgot the gravy. After five years, this place is still disappointing. I recommend going to Subway instead. Service: Takeout.

Backyard bacon ranch burger completely soggy... bottom bun literally soaked with BBQ sauce, top bun shriveled and soaked with ranch. Burger patties ok but overwhelmed with sauces. Worst $9 spent. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
