Kfc - ALBION

I placed an online order for pickup at 4:30 at this restaurant. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my order was not ready and I had to wait. The staff informed me that there were two people ahead of me, so I was confused as to why I had to order online. It seemed like they hadn't even started preparing my order. The service was for takeout and the meal type was dinner. The price per person was between $50 and $100.

This restaurant is situated in an odd area. The portions for the Mac and Cheese are incredibly small! I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender but only received 4. There were no fries or biscuit included. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2.

Very dirty, tables had food all over them, floor had food on it. there was no soda for the machine. Serving warm bottled water. There were no condiments in the condiment trays. We had to ask for butter/ hotsauce. Mashed potatos were like eating wet powder. The potatoes were not mixed at all. The corn in the mashed potato bowl looked as if it had been cooked a week ago and then sat on the counter to dry out. Chicken was old and dry also.
