Kfc - Albuquerque

San Mateo location. Pot pie with nothing inside. Absolutely no chicken inside. Restaurant stated all they had was pot pies and chicken tenders. No fried chicken. So we ordered a chicken pot pie and you can see there was nothing inside. Also chicken tenders with dried up biscuits. Worst place I have ever been. Do not go.

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carlos at this location, who made our dining experience truly memorable by attentively ensuring he understood exactly what a hungry family of five wanted. He was patient and swift in his service. The dining area was clean, and the staff appeared happy to be there. It’s refreshing to see such high-quality customer service amidst all the chaos in the world. Keep up the fantastic work, and be sure to stop by for a delicious meal and say hello to Carlos for us!

They consistently ensure my order is ready promptly. The staff is friendly, and the hours are convenient.

The food was hot and fresh but all three meals that were ordered were placed in the same bag which doesn't make any sense to me. That was frustrating but other then that, it was okay.

I went to KFC in San Mateo on Tuesday for their special and was quite disappointed. There were no utensils provided, and my meal didn't come with any gravy for the mashed potatoes or the fried steak. The coleslaw was barely a spoonful. To make matters worse, the food was cold. I wish I had ordered before leaving, but I waited until I got home to eat. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the service!
