Holy Cow! Anything I say will be an understatement. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nagoya Fried Chicken Wings, Curry Ramen and the Black Tonkotsu Ramen are delicious! Prices are fantastic as well. 100% willcome here again and recommend to others.

It was my first time so I went with the curry Ramen and the shrimp stuffed green chile tempura. I was delightfully surprised how much I liked the shrimp. I had never had it like that. The Sapporo went really well with my dinner. The service was attentive.The location is a little compact so they limit your experience to an hour to help keep more customers coming in.

Incredible Chashu: they offer the thickest, most fat-rendered slices I?ve seen. The chashu is also seared so both sides are Maillard browned. Very savory! I would only caveat that the miso chicken broth is seasoned pretty lightly; but this is easilyremedied if necessary with some soy or salt depending on your palette. We got the eponymous Naruto ramen.

I went to this place because it came up on my search. Last time they're a wait line. Tonight, they're was a line. I'm glad that I checked it out. I had the rich tonkatsu ramen. Rich broth, very rich flavor, great noodles. I also had the naratu chickenwings also delicious. This place has to be the best ramen place in ABQ.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, but unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. Having visited Japan, I have a good understanding of authentic Japanese cuisine. The noodles were quite disappointing; they tasted like low-quality Maruchan noodles you would find at a dollar store, rather than being made from scratch. I really didn't enjoy them, although the meat was passable. I believe the chefs would benefit from studying the origins of ramen and incorporating traditional techniques here in the U.S. I won’t be returning until they can improve their culinary skills to reflect genuine Japanese cooking. They should definitely avoid using cheap noodles in the future!
