My brother couldn't believe how bad the place was. He ordered the PO boy catfish and I ordered blackened cat fish and shrimp etfee and his po boy was a tiny little piece of breaded fish. It was all bread and tartar sauce piled on. I had to send my plate back because my fish was raw on the inside. So I nice mgr came over and apologized she said they were taking care of it so They brought out my new plate and the fish was more than half the size of the first and it tasted like someone dumped salt all over the shrimp and the fish. I think maybe they might have a problem with one of the chefs for it to be that way. I called and spoke to a nice gal named Tabitha that was one of the mgrs and she made it all right with a gift card. We will go back and more than likely the problems will be solved.
I’m from Houston and Dallas. I was very surprised to find a Pappadeaux in New Mexico. It was a Sunday and business was slow. In Texas they are always packed! I ordered large portion of crab fingers which is my favorite dish. When it came out it didn’t not compare to Texas size portions. I showed the manager a pik. She immediately rectified my order. I left a happy customer!!
Waitress was great! I tried the carrots, and they were wonderful!
The food, like always, is great, and service is perfect. Our table was near the windows and was a bit cold but overall it was great.
Food was good, I had hoped for a better fried fish but what was served was well presented. Hard to get the good stuff now such as speckled trout and reddish. The oysters were good but skinny not from south Louisiana for sure. Shrimp were good and plentiful. Pappadeaux Seafood platter was good overall and plentiful.
