Carv'n It Up - Albury

The last time I was there they ran out of pork at six pm which is far too early to not have one of the three meat options. I went again last night at roughly 7:45 and they had already closed up the shop and I looked it up and it says they're meant to close at eight pm. The service is always very blunt and sometimes rude. I don't feel welcome or wanted entering that tiny store with awful customer service and average food.Get better workers.

The peas were the best part of my meal, the service was half hearted. The staff need to be trained in customer service. And weighing the veggies to work out how much meat you can put in... that looks real poor. The crackling was nice but due to the weight of the veggies, I only go a piece the size of three bites.

Not good taste and not good cut meat veg not cook fully and meat way dry very little meat for beef but lots for pork

Visited this awesome place twice with my husband and we both agree it's a great feed for a good price and the quality is great.It's quick and easy!I had the small lamb with all vegetables, baked potatoes and gravy.Lamb was succulent, not dry. Peas and carrots tender, only thing I wasn't fussed on was the baked potatoes, they were a little dry.Gravy was so nice, thick and tasty My husband loved the pork roast and the crackling was very nice.Worth the visit if you want something easy and tasty.

A take away with a definite image. Roast dinners/meals - pork, beef, lamb - generous servings and not dried out. I ordered lamb with extra veges as we have found that this is a very adequate size for two women. Included potatoes (these were disappointing - dry, a bit shrivelled, but hasn't been the case before) delicious pumpkin, peas, carrots, gravy. Noted that they now have schnitzel too. All meats available as a roll as well. Chips also available.
