Írjon visszajelzéstFirst time in Spain and we went to Lizarran in Alcala de Henares for tapas! Yummy! Everything was tasty and we had an awesome evening
Nice place to have some Tapas in Alcala. Really well located and the quality match what you pay. I would recommend it.
Excellent atmosphere, they have fresh pinchos every once and a while and the waiter goes from table to table to show them.. very nice place..
Easy place for us non Spanish speakers, as you can point at what you want, they have good open sandwiches drinkable wine and friendly service, and its not expensive.
Before I review I should note that Lizarran is on the Calle Mayor of Alcalá de Henares, Spain, at 12 Calle Mayor. So may be different than the Juan Carlos addressed one (or has it moved since October, 2015? . My 'next ' favorite café during my stay in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. Lizarran was the second café I warmed up to, and not coincidentally, next door to La Española, also on the Calle Mayor. I dined here after hours (about 8 9 PM or so to their wonderful salad meals. These were large and for someone who especially enjoys salads, the perfect substitute for otherwise meat heavy options of the local cuisine. I recall, in particular, one with several layers of lettuce and veggies, and with nuts and raisins in the center. Then covered by an alternating array of sliced cheeses, all with a modest dressing. I loved it. And, of course, their large beer or (muy grande cerveza for € 1.5. This was quite enough for me, but then topped off by the occasional announcing of the tapas, where the staff would make their rounds of the tables following the ringing of a bell (or was that a gong? . My favorite was the chorizo covered with melted asiago cheese. This elevated me into heaven (hasta el cielo . Now they were priced oddly at € 1.14 and so on (I didn 't ask, but enjoyed a few following each meal . And there were others; wonderful little meats covered with cheese, or fish, all gently spiced on fresh bread, and so on. And what I would call little burgers (sliders? , those Spanish meats. It was great. The waitress was also wonderful and quite helpful with the menu. Never got her names, but was from Argentina. Muchas gracias por so ayuda !
