Opa! Of Greece Willowbrook Mall

This opa takes million years to prepare ur food because staff is very busy in talking with each other.U will walk up to front counter and u will receive a weird look as a welcome.Manager schedules enough people but unfortunately all them are useless.So don’t waste ur time please go somewhere else.

Everything seems like it was cooked days ago. Very disappointed by the low quality. Had chicken souvlaki platter.

OMG!!! The attitude of the girl over there is too much. Bad experience, told them that I will give a review because of this.The girl with glasses and cap IS NOT AT ALL SUITABLE for the role. Owner of this branch, if it happens to read this review talk and educate the girl on what is called Good customer service (june 3rd ‘23).

I had the worse experience . I ordered and got my food the rice was so hard it tastes so dry and un cooked . I went back to tell them and they said the rice was old that’s why it’s hard . Why would you be giving your customers old rice that’s disgusting. Navjot the cashier was not apologetic at all instead she was showing attitude . I went back because my potatoes had the old rice on them so I could still taste it and asked them to make me a new fresh plate . Instead they just put the same potatoes on the plate . While giving the food to me again navjot really sarcastically said “I hope you like it now “ because she knew she gave me the same potatoes and nothing was fresh . If a customer doesn’t like the food instead of showing attitude be nice . I’m sure navjot wouldn’t want to eat old food . So I would really invest in some more training for her .

Food is good, as is the service. It's in a mall, so the atmosphere can be chaotic and busy.
