El Rancho Latin Grill - Alexandria

Typically, the service here is good, but this time they got my order wrong. They refused to exchange it for the correct dish, claiming that I ordered in Spanish, which I don’t even speak. I ordered shrimp but received beef instead. It would have been much simpler for them to acknowledge their mistake and correct the order.

I ordered chicken quesadillas, and the chicken had a bad smell, indicating it was spoiled. I'm really unhappy about wasting $27.00 on this!

We decided to try this restaurant on a whim today, and I'm so glad we did! Every dish we ordered was absolutely fantastic! I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. I can’t wait to come back!

BEYOND DELICIOUS! So happy we tried this place. Food is fresh and super authentic. Staff is friendly. We will be back!

3 in our party ordered the chicken combo 1/4. Chicken with 2 side) when it came out it was Luke warm and it was not fully cooked ! When we paid our bill and inform them they pretended to not understand English! The only thing that was enjoyable wastheir yuca fries!!
